The Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District stopped deliveries to water bank customers, who receive surplus water available to farms that do not hold any water rights. Shutdown notices were sent to these water users earlier in May to alert them to the impending shutoff. The water manager for the MRGCD said the district?s other customers may be out of water by the first week of July. ABQJournal Online (Albuquerque, New Mexico), May 29, 2013
